The objective of these trainings is to equip the high school girls with the skills and knowledge to identify the most fulfilling path for their life. Empowerment will happen by making these girls explore and identify their desires and dreams as opposed to following a predetermined life course. The training modules are elaborated together with Rotarians and experts from Morocco. A first pilot took place in December 2021 in a previously renovated boarding home. The data collected from this pilot will be used to design the training through a bottom-up approach.
